Quality & Certification

One Standard, Verified at Every Manufacturing Partner

Every Aurvex manufacturing partner is required to hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification before a single product carries the Nexion, Fortiva, or Armax name.

What's Certified Across Nexion, Fortiva, and Armax

Certification requirements vary by product category — here's what applies across each brand's manufacturing.

Nexion — Sealants & Adhesives

ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified manufacturing. Fire-rated ranges (NexiGuard) meet UL 94 V0 flame-retardant classification. Sanitary silicone products meet FDA-compliant material standards. Full technical datasheets available per product.

Fortiva — Waterproofing Systems

ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 certified manufacturing, with CE marking on applicable membrane and coating products. Manufacturing facilities carry third-party test reports for tensile strength, elongation, and waterproofing performance on request.

Armax — Construction Chemicals

Manufacturing partner certification is in progress for this newer range. We require the same ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 standard before onboarding, and will publish confirmed certificates here as verification completes.

QA Process

How a Product Earns an Aurvex Brand Name

Every manufacturing partnership — across Nexion, Fortiva, and Armax — follows the same five-step verification process.

Certification Review

Manufacturer's ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 certificates and business license are verified directly.

Catalog Mapping

Full product catalog and spec sheets are mapped against the target product range for direct or close matches.

Sample Testing

Physical samples are requested and evaluated against the claimed technical data sheet parameters.

OEM Agreement

Private-label terms, MOQs, and packaging specifications are confirmed per product line.

Ongoing Verification

Datasheets are refreshed and re-confirmed as products and formulations evolve.

Why It Matters

Technical Transparency, Not Just a Brand Name

When you specify a Nexion, Fortiva, or Armax product, you get the same level of technical detail you'd expect from any established industry name: chemistry and base composition, full feature and application listings, and technical data — density, cure time, hardness, elongation, service temperature — wherever the underlying manufacturer provides it.

Where a product's specification is still pending manufacturer verification — currently the case for parts of the Armax range — we say so directly in the product listing rather than presenting unverified figures as confirmed data.
